The Role:

We are searching for a Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

You will also have the opportunity to implement HR strategies that align with our business goals, drive employee engagement, and contribute to developing a supportive workplace culture. As a senior member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future trajectory of our company's workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of progressive HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to create and implement effective HR policies and procedures

Experience with HR software and databases (e.g., ATS, HRIS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and employee development is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

SHRM-CP or SPHR certification

Experience managing diverse teams and promoting an inclusive workplace culture

Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is an estimate that considers various compensation factors. The actual salary offer may differ based on factors such as work experience, education, training, critical skills, and business needs. Most full-time offers also include equity grants, which are a component of Darkhive's total compensation package but do not substitute for base compensation and benefits.
