Childcare Teacher
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Teacher for our award-winning school on Long Point Road. About The Sunshine House:Bright futures start here! The Sunshine House is much more than daycare for children 6 weeks to 12-years-old. We help children build a solid educational and social foundation -- with all the fun of childhood mixed in! We are one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the United States, operating more than 100 schools in 8 states. Our schools exude a comforting, family feeling, and are led by passionate, supportive early childhood professionals!!
Pay rate of $16-$21 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.
Childcare Teacher Opportunities:
Infant Teacher
Toddler Toddler
Early Preschool/Explorer Teacher
Preschool Teacher
Pre-K Teacher
School-Age Teacher
Floater Teacher
Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:
Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
ECD 101 or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Previous experience working with children preferred.
