GSL Education’s Lincoln branch are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Primary Teacher to join our client schools in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher looking to make an immediate impact on young learners.

Job Summary:
As a Qualified Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Primary students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the overall success and well-being of your students.

Key Responsibilities for Qualified Primary Teachers:

Plan and teach well-structured lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to ensure each student reaches their potential.
Maintain a positive and well-disciplined classroom environment that supports learning.
Identify and address individual learning needs, adapting teaching strategies to suit different abilities.
Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure the best educational outcomes for all students.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
Requirements for Qualified Primary Teachers:

Holding UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience working in Primary schools is essential
Passion for education and a genuine interest in working with young people.
Willingness to learn and develop teaching skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to student development and educational excellence.
Possess an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to have one processed immediately.
