Are you dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and compassionate SEN Learner Assistant to join our team at a Primary school based in Bolton.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualised support to students with SEN, contributing to their academic and personal growth.
Collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement personalised education plans (IEPs) and employ effective support strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment, prioritising the social and emotional well-being of students.
Assist in classroom activities, ensuring an enriching and supportive atmosphere for all learners.
Maintain transparent communication with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on student progress.

Requirements:

Previous experience in supporting individuals with SEN is highly desirable.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a sincere interest in addressing the distinctive needs of learners.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and access to a car are preferable due to the school's location in Bolton.
