Health Care Assistant (HCA) - Private GP Clinic
Location: SW10, West London
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (dependent on skills and experience) + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private health insurance, auto-enrolment in a pension scheme plus excellent career development opportunities within a growing clinic.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:30), Saturdays (09:00 - 13:00) - If working Saturday morning (2 p/mth you would get 1 day off in lieu)

This client is at the forefront of women’s and family healthcare, offering a premium and patient-first experience with cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Their services range from maternity and gynaecology to paediatrics, physiotherapy, and general practice, making this a fantastic opportunity to join a leading clinic from the very beginning.
They are looking for a driven and compassionate Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s keen to play an active role in patient care and be part of a clinic that prioritises quality and excellence in everything it does.
Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside clinicians and other staff to ensure exceptional patient care with a hospitality-focused mindset.
* Perform and document patient assessments, including blood tests, ECGs, urine samples, and more.
* Coordinate sample collection with The Doctor’s Laboratory and assist with clinical governance audits.
* Ensure proper stock management and assist with medical equipment.
* Provide patients with a caring and sensitive approach, creating a professional, supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified Health Care Assistant with relevant experience in phlebotomy, ECGs, and general patient care.
* Someone capable of working independently while supporting a broader multidisciplinary team.
* A professional with a passion for high-quality care, who is ready to contribute to the growth of a new clinic.
