QA Engineer - Test - Selenium- Katalon Studio - Agile - BCS/ISTQB - ITIL - Elite 3E - Law Firm - London - Hybrid - £60k - £75k

My client, a London based Law Firm seeks a QA Engineer to work on their Elite 3E implementation. The QA Engineer will be ensuring that all project and development outputs meet both internal and external requirements. The role will be a mix of manual and automated testing, the role will involve close collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Management, Technical Development, and Business Support teams, ensuring the final product meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage testing procedures and quality controls throughout the project life cycle.
• Set sign-off criteria in coordination with IT and Business leadership.
• Create and execute test plans, utilizing manual and automated testing (eg, Selenium, Katalon Studio).
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to identify, replicate, and resolve issues, providing retest results.
• Analyse test data to facilitate proactive problem-solving.
• Report test results and statistics regularly to various stakeholders.
• Conduct triage meetings and present findings.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements in partnership with Business Analysis.
• Escalate critical issues and risks to Senior Management promptly.
• Manage and optimize the use of testing tools and reporting systems.

Skills

• Experience with Legal Practice Management implementation (eg, Elite 3E Cloud).
• Proven Quality Assurance experience.
• Expertise in QA/testing methodologies (eg, Agile, black-box, white-box).
• Proficiency with automation tools (Selenium, Katalon Studio).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• BCS/ISTQB Testing Certification.
• Understanding of data analysis/statistics.
• Experience in the legal sector.
• ITIL foundation and Prince2 (Agile) knowledge.
• Advanced SQL Server skills.
