Job Opportunity: Receptionist Administrator (Temporary, Part Time)
Position: Receptionist Administrator
Hours: 21.25 Hours Per Week, Mornings or Afternoons
Contract: Temporary, ASAP, 2 Month Contract
Possibility of Extension: Yes, based on performance
Pay Rate: £12.64 Per Hour (PAYE)
Working Hours:
Location: LE67 3FJ
Typical involvement will include:
Undertake telephone and reception duties
Provide general support to the team including input of legal and medical papers, filing, record keeping, scanning, booking appointments
Process requests for webcasts and tributes and allocate finance
Communicate with coroner's office, medical practice, and funeral directors to resolve issues with medical and legal papers and appointments
Assisting funeral directors and families in collecting memorials, ashes, and paperwork. Qualifications and Experience:
NVQ Level II Business Administration OR Customer Service OR three years' relevant administration experience
Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
