Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Saturday, Earlies and Lates + On Calls
We are seeking a Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre Team.
Our theatres offer a dynamic and professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is truly unmatched.
As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational management of our theatre provision and team on a day-to-day basis.
From an operational perspective you’ll have a wide range of duties meaning no days will be the same – you could be conducting a variety of audits; ensuring stock take & consumable requirements are fulfilled; investigating any accidents or complaints or providing clinical oversight and guidance.
What you’ll bring:
*
Minimum of 5 years experience in Theatre's.
*
Experience in Robotics
*
Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified with valid NMC Pin.
*
Strong knowledge of clinical practices
*
Commitment to continuous professional development.
*
Some management experience as you will lead a team of 6 people but training and development would be given.
*
A collaborative team player, willing to step in and support colleagues when needed.
