As an Employee Relations Advisor you will be responsible for providing first line advice and support to trust employees and managers. You will work in partnership with the Senior Employee Relations Advisors and HR Business Partnering Team to deliver effective and high-quality service.
We are focused on finding a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can act upon their own initiative, excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work.

Main duties and responsibilities
· To provide first line advice and guidance to managers
· Interpret and advise managers on Trust policies to ensure compliance, whilst offering general HR advice
· To take a leading HR role on Flexible Working applications and appeals, supporting managers to review the impacts any flexible working application may have to both the individual and the service
· Provide advice, coaching and guidance to managers to support them to undertake informal resolution meetings
· Support the development and delivery of the Trust’s Employee Relations
· To take a leading role on any cases that are needed where an individual’s professional registration (i.e., pin number) has expired and not been renewed meaning individual is unable to legally work in the role they are employed to complete.

About You:
· Office administration experience
· Experience of taking and transcribing notes / minutes of meetings
· Experience in handling sensitive situations
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Intermediate level)
· Supporting HR cases or managing complex queries
· Providing advice and recommendations to Managers and staff
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Taking own initiative
