Service Coordinator
We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our service team, based in the G69 Baillieston area.
Working as a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the service and repair works carried out by our engineers calling on customer sites throughout Scotland.
Responsibilities Include:
* Logging calls from clients
* Arrange access and paperwork for engineers
* Small Repair - Sales /Quotes
* Dispatch calls and raise job cards
* Order materials
* Monitor PPM's
* Managing the Night call rota
* Manage timesheets
* Manage customer portals
Requirements:
At least 2 year's customer service experience
· Excellent IT and Administration Skills
· Good Written and Spoken communication skills
· Abel to meet targets and deadlines
· Meticulous attention to detail
