Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (mon-fri)

1. Grounds and Cleaning
2. Specialist Disabled Adaptations
3. Bulk Rubbish and Fly Tip Removal
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role will be based around the Camberley area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscaping
* Operate and maintain various grounds maintenance equipment
* Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety
* Interact professionally with residents and clients
* Adhere to company policies and environmental guidelines
* Contribute to team efforts in delivering excellent service
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in grounds maintenance
* Valid UK driving license (essential)
* Knowledge of health and safety practices in grounds maintenance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication skills
Additional Requirements:
* Must live within a commutable distance to Camberley
