The School and Role

A large Primary School located in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to work full-time from October 2024. The ideal candidate will be experienced and be confident with the Year 2 Curriculum, helping all pupils flourish to the best of their ability. The school boasts a welcoming and positive atmosphere! All class teacher responsibilities will be expected with this role and there is potential for this to turn permanent, if all goes well.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have:

Experience of teaching within KS1.
Experience of delivering Read, Write, Inc Phonics.
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
