My client are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their exciting business within luxury property. The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience working within property. A driving license and car is essential for this role.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and progress your career within lettings. Offering a starting salary of £22,500 plus commission on top (£2500 - £3000 over the year).
Working hours: Monday to Friday (no Saturdays)

The Role:
* Negotiating offers
* Carrying out property viewings
* Communicating with landlords
* Registering applications
* Arranging viewings
* Using the system – Alto
* Lettings administration duties
Skills and Attributes:
* 6 months to a year experience working within property
* Experience using Alto – desirable
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Driving license and car – essential
