We are currently recruiting for a Produution Team leader for a leading food company based in Smethwick

You must have foood production experience and Team leader or managerial experince

This will be a temporary - Permanent role

Based on the shopfloor in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- To be responsible for the assigned production area, staff and equipment.

- To be responsible for driving and achieving the daily production plan.

- To be responsible for driving and achieving the daily productivity targets.

- To be responsible for maintaining the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards.

- To develop a culture of continuous improvement of quality and service.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

- Strong observation, organisational and communication skills.

- A natural production driver.

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Must have proven team leader experience within a food manufacturing environment.

- Must be responsible, committed and positive.

Hours of Work 44 @ week with 30 minute Break

7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate £12.50 per hour 20 days holiday
