QHSE Manager

We are seeking a QHSE Manager to uphold our commitment to excellence in quality, health, safety, and environmental management. As a leader in the manufacturing market, if you have a passion for QHSE and a track record of excellence in this field then don't hesitate to apply.

Day to Day of the role:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead health and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Oversee environmental policies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainability.
Conduct training programs to educate employees on QHSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
Perform regular audits and inspections, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry regulations.
Manage and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with all departments to integrate QHSE principles into business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a culture of safety and quality.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
