Part Time Payroll Administrator - Hybrid
Cubed Talent specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment – based in the world heritage site, Salts Mill.
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to play an important role to ensure the smooth running and administration of our weekly temporary payroll.
Key responsibilities include:-
* Administer all aspects of payroll for temporary workers
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required
* Deal with any payroll queries in a professional manner
* Support the frontline team with client credit checks, Terms of Business and assist the wider finance team.
Requirements and skills
* Previous Payroll Administrator experience
* Understanding of payroll processes and legislation
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Organised and productive
* Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail
* Ability to remain level headed with tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Experience in a Finance/ Accounting environment be advantageous but not essential
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work 24 hours a week – Tuesday-Friday with some flexibility over hours and the option of remote/hybrid working
