We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team and help drive the success of our manufacturing process. As a key part of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality products are made efficiently, safely, and on time.

Job title: Production Operative
Job type: Temporary - Ongoing
Location: Edmonton, N18
Pay rate: £18.01 per hour
Working days: Candidates aligned to yearly shift rota, this will include some weekends & bank holidays
Shifts: 12 Hour Shift
Day shift: 06:00 - 18:00 & Night: 18:00 - 06:00
(Shifts hours vary across 7 days per week and you must be fully flexible to cover any mixture of days, nights and weekends including bank holidays as you will be on a yearly shift rota)
Start date: Immediate (Successful candidates will be given a comprehensive induction and full training).
*Should be flexible to work on weekend.
Responsibilities:
Operating a machine as part of a high speed production line manufacturing carbonated soft drinks
Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards at all times
Manual handling will be required
Ensure effective production of quality products
Follow all standard operating procedures
Responsible for handling the product efficiently
Understanding and following company policies
Pro-actively controlling potential problems
Part of a close knit manufacturing team
Requirements:
Previous experience in machine operating or production roles is preferred but not essential
Should have good communication skills (Verbal & written)
Team work & intra social skills essential! The manufacturing teams are small & work closely together
