Continuous Improvement Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year
Location: Yorkshire

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the site’s operations, driving data-led decision-making and embedding a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager:

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
Deliver training and develop CI capabilities across all teams on-site.
Analyse performance data to identify areas for enhancement and establish KPIs.
Oversee enhancement projects to meet site profit improvement targets.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to embed Asset Care and TPM principles.
Share and promote best practices across the group.
Skills Required for the Continuous Improvement Manager:

Proven experience in continuous/process improvement, ideally in food manufacturing.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving change.
Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
Experience with Lean structures, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
Hands-on approach with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
