Electrical Engineer/Technician
Location: Blackburn
Salary: Competitive, depending on skillset
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMgap technical have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer/Technician to join our client's dynamic team. This position offers employment stability and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the global manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with single and multi-axis control systems.
Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial plant and equipment.
Diagnose and identify faulty electrical components, wiring, or systems.
Rewire faulty electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with the team or work independently to resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Maintain control panels and machine wiring, ensuring optimal performance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience with drives and control systems.
Expertise in diagnostics and fault-finding within electrical systems.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Solid understanding of control panels and machine wiring.

Person Specification:

Honesty and reliability in all aspects of work.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A flexible approach to working hours.
A valid UK driver's licence.
