We're looking for two talented 1st/2nd Line Support Technicians to join their team.

Salary: £26k - £30k+

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Fareham, Hampshire - with free onsite parking and easy access to train and bus stationsYour Role: As a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician, you will:

Provide exceptional service desk support via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot network connectivity in LAN/WAN environments
Communicate effectively with clients and manage IT issues
Install, upgrade, and support in-house EPoS and back office applications What You Need:

1-2 years' experience in IT support
Strong understanding of server and client setups
Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking principles
Experience with remote access tools like VNC
Excellent technical skills with PCs and desktop hardware
