A curtain and soft furnishings manufacturer working with luxury hotels, the build to rent (BTR) market, student accommodation, and cruise ships are hiring a Project Coordinator*

The Company
A soft furnishings manufacturer who provides curtains, blinds, other textiles to luxury hotels, the build to rent market, student accommodation, and cruise ships. They’ve had a big boost in business with a lot of projects in the pipeline and are expanding their Project team. They have been busy growing and are recruiting for an additional Project Coordinator to join the team and coordinate projects taking them all the way from initial brief/quote to installation sign-off.
The Role
* Supporting the field-based Project Manager, providing office-side support on client accounts helping to manage projects through the process from initial brief, quote, site survey, install, and sign-off
* Calculating costs from specifications, preparing quotes, sending samples and sourcing alternative fabrics
* Placing orders for raw materials, finished goods and services – accurate order inputting on inhouse software
* Liaising with production team ensuring deadlines are met
* Liaising with contractors and site managers to arrange site surveys and installation teams, providing all relevant paperwork
* Liaising with installation teams ensuring they have correct products and materials for installations
* Ensuring jobs are processed and completed according to install schedules
About You
To be successful in this role you will need experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Sales Support, Sales Admin, or similar role within Curtains / Blinds / Contract Textiles / Soft Furnishings / Window Treatments / Shading
