Our Client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

This company are a reputable business with over 40 years’ experience providing support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients.

Project Manager Access Control Social Housing Role and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the security/access control department from mobilisation through to completion

* Building and issuing of works programs, schedules and site logistics

* Attend client meetings, report and delegate the required actions to the appropriate people

* Report any issues that may cause delay costs or other implications to senior management when needed

* Day to day management of the supervisors, engineers and support staff

* Generate reports for clients

* Ensure weekly site progress and health and safety checks are carried out by the supervisors

* Arrange delivery of plant and materials with the supervisors

* Ensure work is completed to the company standards on time and on budget

* Ensure everything is recorded correctly to ensure invoices are accurate

* Collating & producing O&M files

* Plan, schedule and review workloads

* Monitor staff performance

Project Manager Access Control Social Housing Skills and Experience:

* Must have experience within Access Control and Social Housing

* Have/working towards SMSTS qualification

* Have/working towards IOSH Managing H&S qualification

* Must have financial awareness

* Must have the ability to plan, prioritise and resolve issues

* Full UK Driving licence or equivalent
