This is a newly created opportunity due to business expansion, for a skilled, passionate senior qualified nurse to join a dynamic healthcare provider their as Head of Complex Care working across their ABI services. Applications are welcomed from RGN or RMN qualified nurses, nurse managers and clinical leads, who also have proven leadership experience.

You will provide clinical supervision to their growing team of service managers throughout the North West and Midlands region, and organise and oversee direct observations of their nursing teams.

The position will also involve you managing quality assurance, having clinical oversight of the services and monitoring monthly care audits across the organisation, ensuring best practice and managing & continually improving processes and procedures.
This is an exciting time to join as you will be part of the strategic growth plan, you will be instrumental in working on service development projects, driving staff performance & recruiting and onboarding the best talent and delivering clinical training across the different teams.

As part of the management team, you will be looking at ways of growing existing services, and looking at ways of innovating and ensuring continual improvement, and be part of further developing a business growth plan.

Essential criteria you must have a valid NMC PIN number with solid nursing Experience including management experience and proven experience in clinical leadership of a social or health setting.
