One of our Public Sector clients based in the South East is looking for a Facilities Manager/Contracts Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Ideally you will:

Have a track record in FM/Contracts Management
Experience of budget/financial management
Educated to degree level Responsibilities include:

Drive FM work.
Review all leases and populate the property management database, and help with lease structures.
Manage service charges as to whether they should be levied alongside compliance and maintenance programs.

Interviews to be taking place as soon as next week.
