Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

Central London - OUTSIDE IR35

Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor required by a major tier 1, Main Contractor who work on Tunnelling, Marine, Water and Heavy Civils works and due to an increase in work they are looking for 2 x Senior Quantity Surveyors to initially undertake Procurement works on a recently awarded Marine project in Yorkshire.

This role will be based in Central London with home working also allowed and will involve Procurement of Contractors and Sub Contractor Packages.

You MUST have Heavy Civils experience and have worked within the Main Contracting environment.

Rate is paid Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start
