Kingsley Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Administrator/Coordinator for a leading Daventry client.

Experience in a similar role within Sales Support/Sales Administration or a similar related role would be great, but our client is also able to train candidates that have a strong Administration background to perform in this role.

Administrator/Coordinator

Salary : £25k basic, Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical

Location : Daventry

Role Overview
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients within a small sales team. The role is essential in managing multiple contractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient processing of sales and purchase orders, and handling invoicing and administrative tasks. The role demands strong organisational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.

Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Organisation Skills – Will be owning the internal administration of projects and supporting key business stakeholders
Communication – Must have the ability to interact well with customers over the phone, internal colleagues and with other departments.
Solid PC acumen, to include Microsoft Office suite (Excel mainly)
Strong administration experience gained within a fast-paced organisation What's on Offer
