HR Advisor | Permanent | Derbyshire - 5 Days onsite | Up to £35,000

Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make an impact in a thriving, forward-thinking company? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a great HR team within, an award-winning manufacturing business based in Derbyshire.

What you will be doing:

As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managers and employees, ensuring smooth operations across all HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, change management, and training. You’ll provide expert advice to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, all while fostering a positive and engaging working environment.

You will:

Offer guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment law.
Manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with managers to develop job descriptions and person specifications.
Support performance management processes, probation reviews, and appraisals.
Assist in the development of training programmes and deliver HR-related workshops.
Advise on pay, benefits, and administer employee benefits programmes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
Promote organisational culture and change initiatives.What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
Demonstrable experience handling complex employee relations issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Resilience, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
Organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
A flexible, positive team player who can work independently.
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred.
