Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Ensure accurate end to end technical and service specification and delivery of new Product Features in line with budget, time and quality
• Capture and Manage all requirements and ensure they are translated into a logical incremental delivery plan (including MVP) and in line with Sage Agile Principles and Vodafone Governance model
• Ensure accurate OSS/BSS integration for new Product Features
• Review key product documentation from internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including backlog, HLD's, Low Level design
• Manage End to End, Design Oriented, Risk Assumptions Information Dependencies/Decisions (RAID) logbook during Product Delivery Lifecycle

Must have technical/professional qualifications

• Relevant higher education in a related field (computer science/networking field)
• Knowledge and understanding of the Fixed Connectivity and particularly Metro Ethernet Forum products
• OSS/BSS integration experience
• Service Design knowledge
• Safe Agile Awareness or even better Certified
