Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Coded Welder to join our client on a Permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

* Fabricating and welding of pipe work and vessels for the process, Petro-chemical and offshore industries in accordance with International standards.

* Produce goods of the highest standards of quality and accuracy to the required dimensions, within the timescales specified.

* Setup equipment and weld parts using TIG/MMA/MIG/MAG.

* Following QA documents i.e. WPS’s, Weld Maps, Quality Plans.

* Other reasonable tasks, at the request of management.

Requirements:

* Previously carried out coding’s in accordance with ASME/EN/ISO.

* Sub-arc beneficial but not essential.

* Experience working with various grades of material i.e. Stainless steel, Low Temp. Carbon steel and Duplex is essential.

* Experience of working to X-Ray standard.

* Able to read, understand, and follow all Safety, Quality, and Standard Operating Procedures including Engineering / Fabrication Drawings.

* Apprentice Trained.

Salary: £18.50 - £20.00 per hour + regular overtime.

Working hours: 06:55am – 15:25pm Monday to Thursday and 06:55am – 12:55pm on Fridays.
