Based in Stafford, the 11 -18 comprehensive school is at an exciting point in its development and enjoying considerable success in public exams at all levels.
You, the new teacher..
The successful candidate will work in the Languages Faculty, with a full commitment to raising whole-school achievement, a determination to succeed and a professional approach to staff development.

* Investment into extra non-contact time for all teachers to support with PPA.
* A growing reputation within community resulting in the school being consistently oversubscribed in an area where student rolls are falling.
* A very positive environment for learning.
* Increasing intake of A Level Students and 14-19 collaboration.

This post would suit any well-qualified and ambitious teacher of Spanish, Early Career Teachers.
Requirements…
* Excellent classroom management and passion for teaching
* Ability to differentiate and cater for varying attainment levels.
* Previous teaching experience within Spanish.
* Hold QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
* Enhanced DBS check
* Full referencing
