Associate Director - Cleaning Services - National - Up to £75,000

About the Company

We have been retained by a fantastic Facilities Management business who are on the lookout for an Associate Director to lead the operational and strategic direction of the cleaning services division across a broad range of contracts within multiple industry sectors.

The successful individual must have held a senior management position within a large Facilities Management business preferably with Soft FM experience.

Must have a proven track record in a Senior Operations role within an FM business (preferably within cleaning and soft services)
You will be responsible for a division delivering c. £30M annual sales, managing KPI’s and service level agreements to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Must have strong practical knowledge of commercial contracts in order to ensure that contractual obligations are being met in full.
Leading a team of senior managers to ensure operational excellence across the division.
Must have been involved with union agreements that determine pay and conditions as well as helping set the service requirements for the workforce.
Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and major projects.
Working closely with a range of different departments across the business to champion a positive, productive and cohesive culture.
Working with colleagues in the HR department to champion the people, health & safety and wellbeing strategy.
Constantly working on continuous improvement with regards to policies, processes and innovation of the service offering.
Great team player with moral integrity and a professional, friendly and reliable approach.
Actively engages and supports the company’s charitable activities.
A proactive communicator that can deliver impactful and timely business updates to the board of Directors. About Us
