£18 PAYE
36 hour working week - core hours 8:30 to 4:30
Rolling temp contract

Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective administrative support to the contract manager.
Issue work orders and liaise with subcontractors.
Ensure accuracy of data and maintain updated trackers.
Data cleansing
Updating and creating reports
Raise purchase orders and manage procurement processes.
Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and formula functions.
Apply NEC (New Engineering Contract) experience in administrative tasks.
Support the team in the fire risk assessment setting, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel with extensive knowledge of VLOOKUP and formulas is essential.
Experience working within a fire risk assessment setting.
Social housing repairs experience is very desirable.
Familiarity with NEC contracts.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors and team members.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
