Location: Crawley
Salary: £27 000 OTE £45 000 - £60 000
Hours of Work: 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month

Essential: Full driving licence

They are now looking to enhance their team in Crawley and are looking for a driven Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join them.
So, what do I need?
* To be people and customer focused
* Bags of drive, motivation and passion to succeed
* Focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary” and not be afraid of hard work
* Ideally, to be able to drive, as there will be times later in your career when you need to help out neighbouring offices and also attend regular sales meetings
* And yes, you will be the type of person that would love seeing your customers’ eyes light up when you help them finance their perfect property!
* Beneficial to already have done CEMAP 1
What is it like to work here?
* It will be challenging but rewarding at the same time – working well with your team means you support each other to achieve your customer’s goals
* Yes, you will be targeted and assessed but this is because we want you to reach your full potential.
