The candidate:
A relevant childcare qualification is desirable
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily care and supervision of children ages 0-5 years old
Support the Nursery lead in implementing engaging activities for the children that encourage social and emotional development
Create a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to learn
Monitor the progress and development of the children you are working with
