Position: Registered Manager
Location: Near Bexhill-on-Sea
Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced and dedicated care home manager looking for your next challenge? I am seeking a highly skilled Home Manager to lead a medium-sized care home near Bexhill-on-Sea.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering a supportive and effective work environment.
Develop and implement care plans, focusing on the needs of residents with dementia.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the care home's excellent reputation.

Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in care home management.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent (highly desirable).
Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
