Conexus are currently partnered with a global Discrete Manufacturing client, that are gearing up for their global S/4HANA implementation. On that basis, we are searching for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join them on a permanent basis in Cologne.

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising SAP HCM solutions for a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and enhancement of human capital management processes across the organisation. With your expertise, you'll advise key stakeholders on best practices and implement strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, optimisation, and support of SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, PY, and TM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide expert advice on SAP HCM best practices and improvements.
• Conduct system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless performance.
• Manage projects and provide guidance to junior consultants within the team.
• Train end users and develop documentation for system usage.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (TM).
• Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management and leading teams is highly advantageous.
