Position: Care Coordinator
Salary: £26,000+ per annum
Hours: 9am to 5pm (on call in addition)
Location: Southgate, North London (Hybrid working available after 6-month probation period)
About the Role:
AYG Care is excited to recruit on behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly growing domiciliary care company committed to providing exceptional care services. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Care Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day care of clients, promoting a caring environment, ensuring high standards of care, and implementing the Fundamental Care Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day running of assigned clients
- Ensure clients receive care tailored to their individual needs
- Liaise with clients
- Investigate complaints and take appropriate action
- Work with CQC inspectors during inspections
- Ensure all client documentation, including care plans and risk assessments, is up to date
- Oversee carer placements and contracts
- Conduct regular spot checks and update care planning system
- Handle accident and incident reports appropriately
- Communicate regularly with carers and clients
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK, NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
- Confident driver with access to company pool cars for visits
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to respond to emails and manage an efficient filing system
- Experience in liaising with professional bodies and inspectors
