Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and manpower necessary for project execution.

Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the course of the project.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead project teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
