About the Role:

As a Home Health Aid at Dignitas Inc., you will embark on a fulfilling career where you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, implementing treatment plans, and documenting client behaviors and responses. You will also have the opportunity to provide transportation for clients and contribute to household maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living.

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Group Home Manager.

Record client behaviors and responses accurately and objectively.

Administer medications and document according to company policies.

Provide transportation for clients to planned activities.

Contribute to household maintenance activities as scheduled.

Qualifications:

Compassionate and dedicated to enhancing the lives of others.

Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle history report, and employment references.
