You will also handle various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies. Additionally, you will oversee facilities management, coordinate office events and meetings, and ensure the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and facilitate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and assist in developing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and organizing office supplies.

Oversee facilities management, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices.

Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide general support to employees as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experienceProven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Google Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience working with executives in the technology industry is preferred.

Prior experience in office management or facilities coordination
