Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Kingston
Work alongside other members of staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment

Assist in the development and implementation of individual education and training plans
Support and empower each student to achieve their aspirations and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their communityRequirements:

Experience in SEN or working in an SEN school setting is preferred
A passion for delivering effective education and training
Ability to work as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Sutton, supporting the needs of students
Either live in New Malden or live within a commutable distance
