Caddy Group is looking to speak to experienced Mechanical Estimators for a well-established M&E contractor based in Medway. The role will be a full-time office based role.
Duties will include:
* To review and assess the tender documentation and requirements to enable production of successful tenders
* Make sure that tenders take into account health and safety, quality and environmental legislation as well as compliant with HBSGS policies and procedures
* Provide technical guidance, advice, and bid support, including tender programmers and methodologies to clients
* Conduct site visits when necessary to understand tender requirements
* To identify and report on risk and opportunity/scope
* To produce accurate net estimates with full breakdowns for adjudication
* To seek value engineering & advantage through tender process
