DSR Global are currently supporting a global partner as they look to grow their team in the finance competence to join & oversee multiple large scale global projects.

Senior Finance and Transformation Consultant

Start: ASAP

Language: French and English Speaking (German is a benefit)

Location: Geneva/Lausanne/Remote

Role/Responsibilities;

  • Work in a dynamic environment and provide strategic and operational advice to our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement in financial processes and systems, and design strategies to enhance efficiency of their operating models.
  • Optimize and automate end-to-end Finance processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization (such as RPA, workflows) to improve and standardize financial processes.
  • Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models.
  • Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future experts in Finance and Controlling.
  • Improve performance monitoring by implementing proper reporting, planning, forecasting and consolidation technologies (FP&A).
  • Collaborate with internal experts on cross-functional projects to broaden the value proposition to your clients.
  • Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market.

Requirements;

  • At least 2 years of experience in Transformation, Finance or in a comparable environment.
  • Understanding of the dynamics related to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and consolidation.
  • Knowledge of ERP system functionalities (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with large amounts of data and experience with management information systems.
  • Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Self-driven, eager to learn and proactive personality.
  • Team player and very good communication and analytical skills.
  • Great interest in technology, Finance processes and the development of creative solutions.
  • Fluent in French and English, German language capabilities considered a plus.
