The Role
Define and implement sales strategies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and build relationships with partners and clients.
Responsibilities
- Exceed annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans.
- Collaborate with Program Managers on project sales.
- Optimize channels and strategic partnerships.
- Understand technology trends and market dynamics and their opportunities for/impact on for the business
- Provide product input to Product Management and Marketing.
- Manage key accounts and build new customer relationships.
- Report and forecast orders using SFDC.
- Travel up to 25%-50% for customer visits, partner meetings, and trade shows.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in Defence electronics sales (minimum 5 years) in Germany including direct and indirect sales channels B2B and B2G.
- Experience with Aerospace & Defence electronics products.
- Experience with Position, Navigation, Timing, Simulation products, C4ISR, EW, or Sensor domains.
- Self-starter, confident, and enthusiastic team player.
- MOD Security clearance or eligibility is a plus.
- GERMAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Technical sales acumen or relevant degree.
