As a Senior Legal Cashier, you will play a crucial role in the Accounts Department, ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority Accounts Rules. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the use and operation of the firm's accounting system
Completing daily banking tasks
Posting bills and authorising invoices
Directly liaising with clients for payment purposes
Assisting with the operation of the credit control system
Managing petty cash procedures
Efficiently managing work allocation and productivityEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To excel in this role, you will need:

Previous experience as a legal cashier is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication and articulation skills
Good general knowledge of Conveyancing Law
Attention to detail
Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamTechnologies:

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
