Corporate Facilities Operations Consultant

* Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London (+ Remote Working)

* Travel to Cambridge and Central London

* Contract (12 months)

* Market Rates (c£500 per day, via Umbrella)

The Opportunity:

This role will be pivotal as our client evolve and transform their facilities and operations management functions into an elevated regional business partnership, integrating activities across all aspects of Corporate Operations and be responsible for rolling-out a three-year site strategic plans based on headcount, usage forecasts and lease events.

Skills and Experience:

You will have over five years’ experience in a similar role working as a Corporate Facilities Operations Manager or a Regional Site Operations Business Partner (covering Facilities Management and Workplace Operations), with previous experience delivering workplace transformation, sustainability and User Experience projects.

Candidates must have the ability and industry experience to handle challenging demands from senior business leaders, providing them with appropriate, prompt responses and win-win solutions, whilst sharing new approaches to enhance the overall employee experience across multiple sites (West London, Central London and Cambridge).

With demonstrable experience operating within highly complex environments, you will have the ability to navigate across multiple business areas and countries while managing complex interdependencies delivering site operations support to multiple sites across the UK, establishing close relationships with senior business leaders and other key stakeholders to serve as the single point of contact for all Corporate Operations matters.
