This is a great opportunity to work as Administrative Assistant for a high profile , well-loved brand within leading global ICT infrastructure solutions provider in Ipswich. This will best suit a result-oriented, experienced, resourceful all-rounder.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth office daily operation; continuously improve the office environment and deal with staff daily requests/complaints
regularly check the asset a)management quality and supervise and provide support if required. b) asset allocation c) asset disposal/ scrap
Ensure office has enough stock and all the items placed in an organized and trackable system.
To raise the purchase order as requested and receive the service/goods and proceed the payments on a timely manner.
Timely support to supervisors and departments, results-oriented.
Generated invitation letter, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff relocation.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers, and report issue to supplier in timely manner and mange supplier performance appraisalRequired Skills:
2 years + experience in similar role would be desired
Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Hands-on and can-do attitude
Well-organized and structured working style.
Great communication ability.
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
