Are you a QHSE advisor or Coordinator from a manufacturing or services background looking for a rewarding opportunity to work for an award-winning company where you will be driving corrective and preventative action for customer related and internal issues?
Do you want to work in a small specialist team that will eliminate risk and deliver continual improvement in the sites QHSE performance and maintain compliance with ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 & API Q1?
Are you looking to develop your skills and ideas and progress technically, driving every aspect of Quality, Health and Safety and Environment throughout the business?
On offer is a days-based role, Monday - Friday where you can expect fantastic ongoing training and paid qualifications and will drive corrective and preventive solutions for internal issues whilst growing and sustaining the QMS and achieve the desired ISOs.
On offer is the opportunity to work for a highly successful and well-established business in the Industrial water treatment and process filtrations services. You will be in a pivotal role, responsible for the direction, coordination and implementation of the company's Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies. This role would suit a Quality, Health, Safety, Environment professional who has a history of implementing and upholding ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards in a manufacturing, engineering background, who is looking for a role with authority as the go-to expert.
The Role:
Assist and delivering exceptional QHSE performance
Manage industry audits such as Achilles and CHAS.
Maintain IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers.
Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions.
Conduct internal QHSE audits, oversee corrective actions, and produce management reports.
Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives.
Manage document control to meet standards and operational needs.
Support frameworks, tenders, and customer inquiries.
Oversee equipment inspections, lifting, and calibrations.
Manage COSHH assessments and conduct DSE assessments.
Grow and sustain the QMS
Support the QHSE Department Team Members including the QC Inspectors and the Welding EngineersThe Person:
