We are looking for a dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a local Nursery team in Abingdon and provide exceptional care for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering their development.

Role Details:

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Position: Full-Time, Contract to Perm
Pay: £83.50 - £90 per day
Start Date: September or after October half term.About the Role: As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0 to 5 years. Your role will involve planning engaging activities, monitoring developmental progress, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities for EYFS children
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and engaging
Support children's emotional and social developmentRequirements:

Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent (essential)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS role
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Driving licence preferred (for travel within Abingdon)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
