Assembly Technician role available!

Manufacturing organization is looking for Assembly Technicians to join their team in Alresford.

The candidates will have worked within a Production environment and have previous experience in a light mechanical or electromechanical assembly environment.
Candidates need to be physically fit to carry out manual assembly operations and demonstrate the following attributes:

Good manual dexterity.
Good attention to detail.
Good eyesight (with glasses if worn).
Driven by quality and customer satisfaction.
Works well alone and as part of a team.
Self-motivated.
Positive and reliable.The role will include:

Final assembly of products for delivery: light industrial assembly work using hand tools
Managing sub-assembly production
Scheduling and prioritisation of customer orders
Quality checking, packing and handling shipping logistics
Keeping an organised and tidy workspace
